My entire experience with William Wagtail was overly satisfied. I was quite surprised to receive a confirmation email stating my package was shipped the same day. I also received a personal "Thank you" note from one of the founders. I ordered an Ice Cream Bandana and a Sushi Bowtie. The package came with a card on how to care for the Bandana and a little bag of treats for the dog, super personalized. Of course, the dog loves the treats more than the Bandana. But, the Bandana looked amazingly eye-pleasing on the puppy! The material is very durable and the colors are very vibrant; a perfect gift for any dog owner.
